Dive into the Heatmap data, examine page views, and witness the visual representation of user engagement patterns to elevate your understanding of user behavior and optimize your website for enhanced user satisfaction.
In the Dashboard, click on "View Heatmaps."
Alternatively, find it in the left side panel under "Learning" and then "Heatmaps."
Utilize the search option to pinpoint specific pages, dates, and more.
Obtain a comprehensive overview of each heatmap, including pages, views, and the created on date and timestamp.
Sort the views and creation date columns using the column arrows.
Click on "View Heatmap" for an in-depth analysis of user sessions, featuring the visited URL.
The heatmap displays views count based on the device used.
Find the hot-to-cold legend on the right side of the heatmap.
The screenshot illustrates users clicks based on the hot and cold zones so that you can strategically place call to action buttons, for example.
